How Does Reiki work?

When your practitioner holds their hands lightly touching your body, a transfer of energy takes place. You may feel some warmth or tingling. The practitioner will hold each hand position until they sense that the energy has stopped flowing. When they feel that the heat, or energy, in their hands has dissipated, they will remove their hands and move on.
Practitioners use a variety of techniques to move energy, including:
- Clearing
- Centering
- Beaming
- Infusing
- Extracting harmful energies
- Smoothing and raking the aura
Some Reiki practitioners may also use crystals and chakra healing wands to enable healing or protect a home from negative energy.
Your session could last from 15 to 90 minutes. Depending on what you want to accomplish, you may only need one session, or you might need a series of sessions to work on a particular issue. Reiki and Tao Calligraphy Healing Are Closely Related
They are both methods of energy healing that work with the vibrational field. As defined by Quantum Physics, this field carries information, energy, and matter that is either positive or negative.
